data visible in dataset but not in RTCP

I have got dataset which is enabled to RTCP. In preview I see some particular record in dataset with ECID , email etc . But it does not show up in Profile. Do you have any ideas why and any hints how to debug this?

Check and make sure your schema and dataset both are enabled for profile.

What kind of data is this ? Record or Time Series ?

Do you see any errors under Monitoring section?
