Customer AI - which datasets to include

I would like to ask a question to more experienced users. Assuming that I would like to have a propensity model to commerce.pruchase event (customer would buy something). From your experience is it worth to add additional datasets except for web events and app events like:

- offline sales

- interaction with email 

- interaction with app push

Or it might skew the results?
