Create Custom identity namespace with message user not allowed for writes/update arror messages

Hi all,

I am using Identity Namespace API to create custom identity  but I am getting this error from postman

Any suggestion, how to be granted?

@joshua_eisikovi  I resolved the issue with support. Basically I did not set up SANDBOX_NAME in my envirnment. And my API calls were not hitting my organization sandbox.

Hi @luca_lattarini 

Can you please confirm that you have the following Rule-Based-Access Control permission for Identities?

 

Identities Manage Identity Namespaces Access to read, create, edit, and delete identity namespaces.
