Is it possible to create a calculated metric in AEP for most recently viewed porduct with its timestamp.
I tried, I'm able to get the prodID but timestamp is not reflecting.
Also, in case we want 5th last viewed product, how can we acheive this using calculated metric.

As you have indicated a computed attribute can determine the most recent item, but the timestamp of when the purchase occurred will not be carried over to profile.
As for gathering a calculated metric of the most recent purchase with the timestamp upon a record based dataset I would recommend using the Adobe Experience Platform Data Distiller to write the results to profile. You can also use Adobe Experience Platform Data Distiller to obtain the 5th product which was viewed in a session or across sessions.
