can non-admins copy rules in DTM?

can non-admins copy rules in DTM somehow?

seems to me they can't. can't find anything in the documentation about rule-copying.. but, i can see that admins do have this capability.

what is strange, is that non-admins can delete rules... makes no sense - was this just an oversight by adobe? or am i missing something?

We've run into the same limitation as well and have made the request to add the feature on the Ideas site (http://ideas.omniture.com/t5/Idea-Exchange-for-Adobe/Allow-all-users-to-copy-a-DTM-rule/idi-p/12808). We kind of thought if you can create a rule, you should be able to copy one.
