batch and stream audience creation

Question

at what time we need to craete batch and stream audience need to create ?why only we need to evening time?

KumarRishii · Accepted Answer

To create streaming audiences in AEP when real-time action is needed (e.g., personalization, triggered journeys). Use batch audiences for scheduled campaigns or reports that don’t need immediate updates.

Batch audiences are often created in the evening to:

- Avoid peak processing times
- Ensure full-day data is available
- Align with next-day campaigns

Actually evening creation is a best practice, not a requirement. You can Choose the audience type based on latency needs and use case.
