Audience build based on the logic T-30 days, we want to see list of customers who are exactly 30 days away from Birthday date. Date is in string format. We donot want to see rolling date but who fall on the exact 30th day. How can this be accomplished with the out of box options we have in AEP audience builder

Unfortunately the only way to do this would be to update the audience daily. My recommendation would be to change it to a date time in the schema, or to add an additional field that you can populate with the a query.
