Aep sending duplicates of same profile at a single destination

We see two requests on our webhook which contain the same exact details when we are sending data from HTTP api to our single destination webhook.
We have recorded multiple instances of this happening? What is the reason for this and how this can be resolved ?

    Hi @arpan-garg 

    We are sending data from postman to aep and than from an aud to a webhook , I am not aware what is meant by platform notifications
