AEP Segment Rule for a Range Value

I want to build a segment where a user has seen an event such as a page view (in this example "brand") more than 3 times but less than 10 times.

What is the best way to create this in AEP segment builder when you build out the rule? Do you do it at the top where it shows include then between 3 and 10 or do it at the count level? But count only lets me do greater than or less than. Someone mentioned that you need to do it as an aggregator first to do the count.  

Anyways hope this makes sense.
