Adobe Summit 2024, AEP Lab | [L118] Harness Customer Journey Analytics Data in Power BI

Session Details

Leverage Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) data directly in Power BI, building reports and visualizations with the same metrics and dimensions that you use in Analysis Workspace. Avoid dealing with the error-prone, complicated task of recreating metrics from CJA or Adobe Analytics in your own system by connecting Power BI and letting CJA do the hard work for you.

In this lab, learn how to:

  • Connect CJA to Power BI
  • Use CJA metrics, dimensions, and segments directly in Power BI
  • Build visualizations and reports combining CJA data with other important data sources, like Excel

Session Schedule

        Thursday, Mar 28 | 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM PDT

Speaker(s)

        Chris Luby, Principal Scientist, Adobe

Tara Patoile, Customer Journey Analytics Product Manager, Adobe

When can we receive the documentation from this lab and when will this feature be available to the public?   Thank you.
