Adobe Launch - support copying among properties

Currently Adobe Launch does not support copying tools and extensions among properties. This means that code needs to be recreated to all new sites/report suites each time, which makes for a lot of repetitive work. We should be able to copy among properties - similar to processing rules for example. This seems like pretty basic functionality that could be put in place to save us a lot of time and effort
