I've set up data elements, global variables and rules in Adobe Launch on a new site. I'm sending it to a test report suite to test tracking before we go live, but I can't get any of the data to go in. We are pulling in all of our data from the pathing/query string parameters in the page url because they didn't set up a data layer. The debugger is detecting Launch and pulling in Page Info, and I've set Adobe beacons on all my rules and published. What else do I need to do to get the data going into reports?

Hi,

Can you confirm if you are able to see a successful Analytics beacon firing on the page where you have deployed Adobe Launch.

You can inspect the Analytics call within the Network section of the browser dev tool (use filter /b/ss for Analytics call). A successful Analytics call would be with a 200 status code and the report suite ID needs to be a valid one (If the page you are referring to is a public one, please share the URL and I can check).

If the page is not public and you are able to confirm the above setup correctly and the data still isn't showing up in the UI, please submit a support ticket with Customer Care (email: customercare@adobe.com) along with all relevant details, so that the team can check the configuration in detail and assist.

Thank you. I will check that. How does it work with when the site is live under a test URL? I'm thinking that may be the problem, because the actual live URL isn't up yet and I can't set up the report suite or any the Launch property with the test URL, it gives me an error, because it's not a standard form URL

Till the time you have the embed code implemented, it should work.

We have already put out the embed code, so that is why it's not working? Can I delete everything and start over? Or what is the fix for that?

You need to have the Launch embed code implemented on the page which you want to track using Launch.

Sorry I misunderstood you. We have the embed code already implemented on the page, they are just using a test URL right now and not the live page URL.
