Adobe Analytics Extension : Add plugin support

Thank you for the submission and extra kudos for linking similar ideas! It makes our job easier when we review the ideas with the product managers. Please vote on each idea you find within the community that you'd like to promote. As we review ideas with the product team we try our best to identify duplicates and clean them up.

We're ok with you submitting ideas for official Adobe extensions here. Technically, each Adobe product team owns their products extension, but we're happy to log the ideas for them and I'm happy to advocate for the idea in my review meetings with the product mangers.

We don't have a official solution to submit ideas on 3rd party extensions at this point but we're looking into our options.

This idea is duplicated by Analytics Extension should provide a "doPlugins" Trigger​, adding an additional 20 votes here.

I wondered whether some of the Adobe Analytics Plugins should be rebuilt more generically as part of the core launch extension.

A lot of the functionality/data output provided by these plugins could be equally be used to provide data to other tools implemented through launch.

Having them as an "analytics only" plugin doesn't really make sense to me in the new Launch world

The ability to add some plugins in now available in the new "Common Analytics Plugin" extension so it most likely won't be added to the Analytics extension. If the plugins you need aren't currently offered in this extension email then and let them know so they can work on adding them. See the link below for details on the extension.
