403 forbidden status code api response

In AEP While using the api for retrieving batch information getting status code 403

Tried Data ingestion api works fine with same header information. Can anyone please help on this.

@hrya I'd first check the AEP permissions for your user to make sure you have all Data Management options checked.

If that does not help, please raise a Support request with the team so we can review - Thanks

      Hi @hrya - Are you trying to retrieve a "failed batches" using API? if yes, it works fine for me by using the below API collection, it also have a "Retrieve a batch's meta files". Check it out.
