Wrong RTE tooltip

How can i set a value for tooltip in RTE?

my issue is all icons of plugins in Text component dialog has proper value for tooltip but "Style" and "Paraformat" has wrong values.

popover.trigger.plugins.Paraformat

popover.trigger.plugins.Styles

This issue has been fixed in AEM 6.4. I verified in one of the WeRetail page.
