where is &wcmmode=disabled param located in CQ5 ?

Some divs are incorrectly removed when we add &wcmmode=disabled in the Author mode.

Where does the &wcmmode=disabled handler sit's and which class is responsible for removing the html markup such as <script tag and component-* classes ?
