Where can I download the crx2jdbc-quickstart.jar?

Hi All,

I'd like to try to connect AEM 6.0 to an external database but not using default CRX and TarPM.

When I view the related document, I saw that I need to download crx2jdbc-quickstart.jar and embed into AEM, but it seems I cannot find it in AEM package share...

Can someone tell me where I can find the database connector package, or using another way?

Hi Gu Hamilton,

Create a osgi bundle to connect to db by making use of data source. Details at http://scottsdigitalcommunity.blogspot.com/2013/08/querying-and-persisting-adobe-aem-data.html

Thanks,

Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

Please go through the below docs and see if they help:

http://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/HowToConfigureSlingDatasource.html

http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/develop/platform/jdbc.html#Connecting to the Database

Thanks!

Hi Shekhar,

Thanks but seems that I did not describe my question clearly, what I want is, suppose our customer ask us to not use default TarPM (store the AEM content in the file system) but using external database (such as Oracle and MS SQL Server) instead, how do I configure the AEM?

I try to search this kind of documents in the AEM document libraries but failed...
