What is the time unit for variable (dps.metered.dwelltime) for In-app messages?

And where is the documentation for Mobile Marketing Cloud? Would love to see how all these Context Data Keys are defined and what units / syntax they expect.

"The triggers for dwell time are 25 seconds for a tablet and 15 seconds for a phone" .. we'll add this to the documentation.

The dwell time applies to content views. This time is not applied to in-app messages delivered through the Marketing Cloud services.
