what is admin permission ?

I am unable to add Firefly API in my project because the checkbox is not visible for me and the information icon is saying 'Admin permission is required',
how to resolve this issue ? do i need to create some paid account for this ? , please provide the proper steps in order to add FireFly APIs properly.

actually the issue I am facing is , who is my admin ? I have signed up as developer ,

is there any way to find the admin or request someone to give me the FireFly API access
