@mollygr  This means that OSGI component corresponding to this process was not active when this process was invoked. In case there is any transitive dependency this process is using and if that is also an OSGI component, you might want to check the state of that OSGI component.

It can arise due to the process step of the Workflow is not initiated due to the dependency that is not resolved in the process step.
