User Persistance and Synchronization in AEM Cloud Service Publisher instance

Hi experts,

I am planning to save the user details in AEM Cloud publisher instance. Please let me know if we can save using UserManager API via servlet, since this will be the run time change on publisher, will this change be persisted when the new publish container spins up ?

Hi @aemlearner12 ,

By default in AEMaaCS, Users will be persisted just for a short period of time (1 to 24 hours). If you need users to be persisted forever and to be in sync among the publishers, you need to raise a support ticket to Enable User sync. Please refer below document.
