User import from Hybris to AEM-not working

Hi All,

I am trying to import users from Hybris, but i am not able to import users, whereas i have successfully imported products.

Need help.

What is the version of CQ you are using? Do you see any errors in error.log?

Hi Kanika,

I am using AEM 5.6.1. and installaed following packages.

cq-commerce-hybris-update-content-5.6.200

cq-hybris-content-5.6.200

also i am using an external Hybris server.

i am able to import product catalog, but when i am trying to import users, i am getting following error.
