User groups sync issue from cloud manager to brand portal

Hi All,

We create the product profiles in cloud manager for the brand portal and mapped the users accordingly.

However after user get logged in into brandportal user groups and profiles are not synching even after 8 hours as per the documentation.

Did anyone faced the same.

      The same setup is working fine with other products ex: AEM , only concern is brandportal.

      Open an Adobe ticket for this it seems userGroupsSync job is failing.
