User Administration: How to hide Download button from left panel in DAM

I am trying to limit who can see/use the download button in the DAM from a particular user group.   When you open an asset in the DAM, you will see Download underlined on the left panel.

I looked in permissions and do not see where this can be unchecked to hide this button.  Any information is greatly appreciated.

You need to overlay [1] & implement.

[1]   /libs/dam/widgets/source/widgets/AssetEditor.js

We need download to be available to other groups.

I can remove 'download' from the AssetEditor/AssetShare pages, but unchecking this permission in /libs/dam/widgets/source/widgets/AssetEditor.js still allows them to download and see the button.
