Update Workfront for AEMaaCS enhanced connector is failing in higher environments

Hi,

 

We are trying to update the workfront connector in our project from 1.9.1 to 1.9.7. we have referred this https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/integrations/update-workfront-enhanced-connector.html?lang=en to upgrade the version but this is giving some discrepencies like we are not able to see workfront tools menu in the tools section where as the same is appearing in our local AEM instance.

 

Build is not failing when we followed the steps mentioned in the upgrade document. The issue is, it is not showing all the paths it is picked as per the filter.xml of that package. Please let us know if we need to do any setup before changing the version.

Hi @keerthana_h_n 

 

Can you see anything in the logs? For the filter issue, can you remove any mode and try deleting the node and reinstalling the code?
