Unlock CQ Instance

I have a running CQ Instance on our common development server which is installed by some one else who left the company now. Due to running regular server patch jobs this dev machine was restarted.

Now I am trying to restart the CQ Author instance but it gave Fatal Error "FileNotFoundExcedption" as a popup message.

 

How Can I restart this instance?

Have you tried using the Verbose option when starting CQ - see this section:

"Using the Verbose Option for Troubleshooting" located here
