Trouble while adding VLT-RCP Tools for AEM as a cloud service

I was following the documention from the link vlt-tool-install-link I am facing the following issues.

 

I downloaded the jar file https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/jackrabbit/vault/org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.rcp/3.7.2/org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.rcp-3.7.2.jar

and tried to install it as a package using package manager's upload package feature. I am not sure whether this is the right file to upload, if you know what is the exact file to be uploaded, please let me know.

 

1) It asked to download the latest jar and as I tried to install it as a package using the package manager or through etc/asc-tools whose link is given in the documentation, I am getting errors. Please refer to the attached screenshots of the error.

I am a bit doubtful that AEM Tools would work with AEMaaCS. Its last release was in Dec 2018. The tools might not have been adapted to AEMaaCS
