Translating user generated content (AEM6 with Microsoft Translator)

Hi All,

 

I am trying to translate the user generated dynamic content with the help of Microsoft Translator, is there any out of the box components for that with which I can have a reference, I am done with the configuration part of Microsoft Translator, please help me with what to do next?
