Thumbnail is not getting for few of .mov files while uploading in DAM

Hi All,

 

    While uploading .move files in AEM DAM the thumbnail is not getting generated. This is happening only for few of the .mov files and i am getting exception as below: 

 

 

We already have the configuration for ffmpeg thumbnail and transcoding  in the DAM asset update workflow. Any leads would be appreciated!!

This looks like an authentication problem with your Scene7 credentials in cloudservices config.  Are you getting this only for a subset of images or all of them?  Have you tried recycling your S7 credentials?

    Hi @tad_reeves  - This is happening for only for this particular  asset which i tried. For other assets I am able to see the thumbnail and not seeing the error.
