syncing users, groups and profile data between 2 publish instances without involving authors.

HI,

I am looking at requirement to synchronize users and groups created on one of the publish instance to be replicated to another publish instance.

We have only 2 publish at hand, and do not wish to bring these data to author instance.

I believe "Synchronizing Users Across Publish Farm" is something on the same lines , but its available with 6.1 .

We are using 5.6.1 CQ version, what would be the best way to go about this?

Thanks in advance,

Any references towards this kind of implementation would be of great help.

Regards,
