Suggestions needed on central authoring system replication

Hi All,

If we try to use the central authoring server for multiple websites but separate publisher for each website.

In this case 

    -    Could any one please let me know how to replicate website1 to publish1 and etc. While doing website1 replication it should not replicate the website 2 content in publish1.

    -    Also if we are using 2 dispatcher (one for each website) pointing to publish1, How the dispatcher flush agents has to be configured in publish1? 

    -    Is there any way dispatcher1 flush should invoke only when website1 is published and similarly for website2 as well?

            I'm not sure if we can create each agent for 2 dispatcher in publish1. In this scenario I think if we publish the website1 page then both dispatcher1 and dispatcher2 flush agent will be called.
