Stat file not getting created in Dispatcher cache directory

Hi Team,

From today morning we are having this weird issue in production. All of a sudden on one dispatcher the stat file is not updating and after I remove the stat file, it is not generating a new one. On the other dispatcher to invalidate the cache it is taking 3-5 mins of delay. Before it was very quick. Once I activate the page, and go to dispatcher url and check it, it always used to give me the updated content immediately. Nothing has changed recently at dispatcher level. Few dispatcher conf file snippets.

 /docroot "/docroot/apache-www/aemcache"

      /statfileslevel "2"

      /allowAuthorized "0"

      /serveStaleOnError "1"

Article [A] will help at what leve stat file is created. Send the log with debug enabled.
