Spell check plugin

After adding spell checker plugin for rte if there are no spelling mistake , a blue alert is displayed "No spelling mistakes was found. But it doesn't go away and appears on page even after submitting dialog.

And in full screen it is displaying pop up behind he dialog .

 

The pop up is below

 

The position of the pop up is also not correct . How to handle this . Can some one suggest me the solution for the above .
