Hi,

    1.In the Assets console, create a folder to upload image assets. 

    2.Select the folder, and click/tap the Folder Settings icon from the toolbar.

    3.In the Folder Settings dialog, select Smart Tag Assets and click Save.

    4.Upload image assets to the folder. Tags are automatically applied to the images you upload.

    5.Navigate to the Properties page of an image. Tags that are automatically appear under Smart Tags.

Currently, access to the Smart tags feature is available to a few beta participants. To request participation in the beta program, contact Adobe.
