SideKick not working properly

hi,

 

while i am in webpage my sidekick is not working properly, i added screenshot of how it is showing when i am in my web page. if anyone knows why this problem occurring pls help me to get rid of from this.[img]1.PNG[/img][img]Capture.PNG[/img]

My first guess is that it has to do with your custom css.

Can you check on the Geometrixx-site, how it behaves?

yap, in geomatrixx its working properly, so,  what is the mistake with my site

Usually it is something in the css that is impacting the sidekick.

I normally check with Chrome developer tools or Firebug to see what css-elements are the cause of this.

hi,

but how that custom css will get impact on sidekick, actually our custom css is component specific right. could you give some clear description, so that i can fix this issue.
