How can we create Page based on information posted using Servlet?

You can use the different apis

For creating a page use PageManger Api - https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager/reference-materials/6-4/javadoc/com/day/cq/wcm/api/PageManager.html

To add component/content/Node - use Sling or JCR apis
