I am using AEM as cloud and also we are using dynamic media as well. Can anyone please help me the steps  how to proceed with this requirement.

Can you please provide the solution for this. I am unable to find the steps/solution for this.

Hi @maturubhanu

you can make use of dynamic media and the smart imaging capabilities. It is recommended and can be used in all you usecases of custom or core components. For detailed steps on how to enable and test you can look to the below url

Hi @maturubhanu,

I believe you need to enable Smart Imaging for Dynamic Media. Here is the link to the documentation on how to set it up: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/dynamic/imaging-faq

Good luck,

Daniel

Hi,

If you want to leverage DM then Smart Imaging will give you the new-gen format, as Daniel has already explained. Alternatively, you could use the Image Core component and enable the 'Web Optimized Image Delivery' option. Please check more here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-core-components/using/developing/web-optimized-image-delivery

Hope this helps.

Hi @estebanbustamante ,

1)Is Web optimization image delivery option is there  only for image component?

2)if there is an image on teaser or hero Component it won't load in avif format right?

3) After enabling the Web optimization image delivery on image component still image is not serving the avif format. Can you please help me on this.
