Secure Site Caching/Performance

We have a secure site and ended up not caching those pages because we found you could bypass the security once the page was cached. I'm curious to know if there is a better solution to managing secure content and caching. We have noticeably poorer performance on the secure pages because we are no longer caching.

please check the Dispatcher documentation and look for permission sensitive caching [1][2].
