SCF component issue

We have a component which extends Forum component . We use Mongo for storage.

Upon save operation, it creates additional elements(divs) in View . Though the save operation was called once and entry in Mongo is stored only once.

Does any 1 have any idea ,why in view multiple elements are created ?

Is this only happening for the Forum component? Can you try with another OOTB component?
