Rolling out the page via blueprint is successful but the dialog does not close /leads to error

Hello Everyone, 

Please find the details about the issue.

Adobe Version : 6.5.12.0

When an author is trying to roll out a page from the blueprint tab, the window does not close automatically and clicking the X button error occurs and user is unable to go back to previous window. Text on the error is "Operation type empty".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on any folder/pages in sites
2. Go to properties
3. Go to blueprint tab
4. Select rollout in the left top corner
5. Try to get back by clicking on "X" icon

Result:

Error occurs and user is unable to go back to previous window. Text on the error is "Operation type empty".

Please advise if this a OOTB bug and Adobe needs to fix this via SP or CFP.
