Rich Text Editor output encoded HTML

Hi there,

We are having a problem in CQ5.5 where the rich text editor outputting encoded HTML.

This happened after we installed CQ5 SP3. Problem is we accidentally installed the SP2 after the SP3.

Any idea to solve this? Has anyone ever experienced this.

I doubt installing previous sp caused this. However sp3 is cumulative of sp2. So reinstall sp3 & verify.
