Rewrite rule for URL with query string

I would like to rewrite the AEM Page URL with the query string to a simple URL

from /content/smarter/TestCategoryPage.html?n=Category:Money to --> /Money

I want to write the rewrite rule in Apache .htaccess rule.

Any help in this regard will be of greatly appreciated.
