Restore Option is not enabled in Touch UI - 6.5.11

Hi All,

 

We have migrated from aem 6.5.8 to 6.5.11 restore option is not enabled for the sites. Could you please let me know if any one has encountered the same issue.

Hi @santhoshm687661, are you sure your initial version was 6.5.8. I am asking because I do not see this option on fresh new AEM 6.5.8 at all. Also looking into SP release notes it can be seen that this option has been introduced in SP9 - which is AEM 6.5.9 - here is a link to the documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/release-notes/service-pack/6.5.9.html?lang=en

Nevertheless I've upgraded AEM 6.5.8 to AEM 6.5.11 and I am able to see and use Restore option without any problem. Did you try to click on "..." button, this will show additional actions that are hidden due to screen size. Most likely you will find Restore option there.
