Request for Complimentary AEM License for Evaluation and Learning

Dear Adobe Experience Manager Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to explore the possibility of obtaining a complimentary or developer-focused license for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support hands-on learning, architectural experimentation, and solution prototyping.

As a software professional actively working within the enterprise CMS and digital experience ecosystem, I am keen to deepen my expertise in AEM’s capabilities across Sites, Assets, and headless delivery models. Access to a licensed environment would enable me to evaluate core features, build proof-of-concept implementations, and strengthen my alignment with Adobe’s best practices and recommended architecture patterns.

My objective is to leverage AEM for structured learning, innovation use cases, and potential enterprise solution design. If there are developer programs, sandbox environments, trial licenses, partner pathways, or community initiatives that support this, I would greatly appreciate guidance on the appropriate channel to apply.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response and any next steps required from my end.

Best regards,
Manojkumar

Hi @manojkumarya ,

Adobe does not usually provide complimentary AEM licenses for individual learning or personal evaluation. AEM is primarily an enterprise product, and licenses are generally issued to organizations through sales agreements.

However, there are a few alternatives:

  • You can request an official trial through Adobe Sales.

  • If you are part of an Adobe Partner organization, you may get access through the partner program.

  • Some companies provide sandbox environments internally for learning.

  • Adobe Experience Cloud documentation and tutorials are publicly available for conceptual learning.

For hands-on practice, access is typically granted only through a licensed company or partner account.

Thanks,
Vishal
