Report on blue print.

I am trying to generate a report on my site.It should contain a report or graph about the changes made to the site.How can I achieve that?

    OOTB you get: /etc/reports/auditreport.html which can generate reports. To make a graph you can export this data and use tool of your choice to generate graph.
