Read only access to the /system/console

Hi All,

We have been dwelling to give some users other than admin access to the system console. Since these are dev users and not system admins, we want to restrict the permissions to read only. How can we achieve it? I have been through this article http://blogs.adobe.com/experiencedelivers/experience-management/grant-access-to-osgi-console/. This does not specify anything about read only permissions.
