Purging OOTB Workflow instances

Question

Hi Team,
 
We have long running workflow instances available in our AEM Clod Service PROD environment. Recently for some other requirement we started leveraging ACS AEM Commons tools. We are trying to use Workflow Remover MCP tool for purging this long RUNNING instances. It is not allowing us to configure(not able to author the process). Any pointers like do we need anything to place on top of MCP tool to utilize Workflow Remover process. Please suggest.

Hi @thanikon ,

For Workflow Purge on AEM Cloud, You need to Override the out-of-the-box Maintenance window configuration node under /libs by creating properties under the folder /apps/settings/granite/operations/maintenance/granite_weekly or granite_daily and enable the maintenance task.
