I'm slightly confused on what people are going to be purchasing. Since Collections are Folios from the old DPS, and people in the old DPS purchased Folios, are people purchasing collections or articles? What if my Collection, an issue, has more than one article? How do consumers purchase the collection as a whole and not make individual purchases of articles?

Readers purchase collections. When you buy a collection you get access to all the articles within that collection, and those same articles if they appear elsewhere in other collections.
