Problem in sending email notifications to assignees

Hi,

I have a problem in sending email notification to assignee on the 'Assign Task' step:

when i set the assignee to a single user, it works fine and sends a notification to the mail,

but when i set the assignee to a group, the workflow is delegated to the group, but email notification is not

sent to the group members.

Does anyone is familiar with this problem?

I have the exact same issue. I'm on 6.5.13. I don't see any errors in the logs either. Did you ever figure this one out?
