Problem Downloading Dispatcher

The links on PackageShare are returning archives that appear to be corrupt. Can someone please look into this?

The issue has been logged (STEAM-4006). As a workaround after download rename to gz.

Example rename dispatcher-iis-windows-x64-4.1.5.zip into dispatcher-iis-windows-x64-4.1.5.gz.zip and then extract.
